Positive Iain looked after his guests really well and his breakfast was amazing! The hotel is comfortable and is in a fantastic location for local walks and attractions.

Positive Absolutely wonderful! Location was great, Iain is wonderful and makes a fantastic (and accommodating) breakfast! 20 minute walk away from the rydal caves. Comfortable beds with lovely amenities. 100% would come again!
