Positive We thought we had just booked a double room with en suite shower room, and a continental breakfast. We actually had sole use of a sitting room with a TV and access to the breakfast room at any time of day with facilities to prepare a hot or cold meal. We could use the beautiful garden with plenty of seating. There was also a summerhouse in the garden we coul

Positive The location is great, we took a walk into Whitby which was quite pleasant. The fish and chip restaurant just up the road is really good. We also ate at the Plough, a pub within walking distance which was very quiet but served good food

Positive Property was very clean & tidy. Rooms were clean as were the beds & sheets. Excellent garden & views overlooking the valley. Kettle in the room with ample tea & coffee etc. Good location to Whitby Bay etc.
