Positive Great location, only a few minutes to the coast path and walking distance into Brixham. Berry Head is a great place to explore. A lovely caravan on a nice site. We went out of season (it was quite rainy!) so we didn't have the opportunity to sit out on the decking but imagine it's lovely in the summer.
