    Positive Great location overlooking the seafront and the bay. A very easy stroll into town and a pleasant walk to Cullercoats and Tynemouth. The friendly staff at the restaurant downstairs allowed us to use their car parking spaces to unload and load the luggage and then we always managed to find a parking space in the streets behind the property.
