Positive Fabulous location, quiet cul-de-sac yet walkable to shops and restaurants. Preston beach is only a 5 minute easy walk. You can also walk in both directions to either Torquay or Paignton, Goodrington for lovely coastal walks with many restaurants etc on way. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfy. We loved the master suit
