    Positive This property is like a home from home. Sarah, the owner, went to a great deal of trouble to make sure our stay was as perfect and comfortable as possible. There was an excellent welcome pack, the house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for our stay in Derbyshire. Sarah also gave us good advice on local pubs and rest

    Positive Great house and some fantastic added extras in the house like eye masks, robes and slippers and the toiletries in the bathroom. Nice to have the separate den to the main living room. Hoping to return soon!
