    Positive The staff was very welcoming. Place was very clean. Even extended our stay for another 2 weeks due to some renovation issues at my own home. Would recommend as it's a very convenient location. Close to Dudley Town Centre about 5 minutes drive. Not far from Birmingham City Centre as well. Overall a very good experience.

    Positive I originally stayed here for 3 nights whilst I started training for my new job and it was the perfect place for my time in Dudley on a low budget. The host was so friendly and attentive, and went out of his way to get me an areal for the big TV in my room. I then ended up staying another 4 nights and I got a really good deal, also met the perminant guests do
