Positive Pauline has an amazing taste in home decor. She also clearly knew what a traveller could be looking for on their stay. All instructions regarding check-in, check-out, use of wi-fi, shower and induction hob etc was clearly given via messages or beautifully framed in the room. And if that was not enough, she made an extra effort to check in every now and then
