    Positive I was coming in after they stated reception closing time and it wasn’t a problem for them. I was greeted with an offer of something to drink, a larger room with a sea view upgrade as it was available, a nice bacon and egg bun in the morning (with brown sauce, since I said I liked it!), and a personal showing to the room. Very welcoming.

    Positive I stayed just one night here, but really loved it! Location is excellent, right on the seafront and the owners were so kind and friendly! I was offered a beer when I arrived, they lent me a towel to go to the beach, the complimentary breakfast dropped outside my room was lovely, and they were just so helpful and great. Would recommend!
