It is very well maintained, super clean, all the kitchen and related facilities (tv, iron etc) are very modern, and its an excellent location , a quiet cul de sac, 10-15 minute walk down to the beach (although its a steep hill on the way back). The owner Majella was really lovely, warm and accomodating. I could not recommend this hous
