    Positive As the name implies , the house is very cozy. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean and tidy throughout. Very adequate kitchen facilities with plenty of tea, coffee ,sugar and even a.milkshake station. Good sized private garden . Kids attic room has a PlayStation and decorated well for kids.
