    Positive This is a Gem of a place. The staff were incredible, so helpful and accommodating. Louise helped us with reservations and when she found out it was my friend's birthday went out of her way to make my friend feel extra special. Jess was fabulous too, chatty, informative and very helpful also going above and beyond. The food was both beautiful and plentiful

    Positive I liked that our luggage was held in a locked room. I appreciated that the room rate was adjusted (down) to match what I had seen on the website when booking the stay. I'm glad there was a rotating fan in the room.
