    Positive The room was a good size especially for the price of the room. The staff were really friendly and helpful with any queries, they had plenty of soap and other necessities in the bathroom including sanitary bags to put in the bin after using things. Overall really happy with everything this hotel has to offer.

    Positive I like the way the staff treat you, it's very nice to be welcomed. Everything is not too much trouble even in very busy times. Thats why we keep returning when we visit family in Lancaster.
