Positive The Garden Room is a real gem, it has everything for a stay in Cornwall. It's in a perfect location, so beautiful, we love exploring Cornwall. Our 2 night stay was perfect & very much needed. The hosts are friendly and v.helpful. The tea, coffee and milk was a lovely touch. The seating area outside is lovely, it's so quiet & relaxing.

Positive We liked everything. The Garden Room was nice and cozy. Full set of kitchen utensils/appliances/crockery/knives, forks & spoons. Nice little bathroom - toilet, wash basin and shower. The bed was very comfy. A little 2 seater sofa and a table with 2 chairs. Numerous plug sockets and USB sockets. Drawers and a wardrobe. And a small patio with 2 chairs and a sm
