Positive The owner was very helpful. There was a burst pipe in the room above me. I was moved rooms quickly and given a complimentary glass of wine for the inconvenience! The room was spacious and clean. The meal in the restaurant was fabulous. Plenty of parking and good wifi. Highly recommend.

Positive The location was easy to find, and away from the "city traffiic" of Leicester. It was close enough to Leicster for a visit to Richard III museum and grave site. The room was large and comfortable. The staff in the pub cheerfully took us to the room, which is next door. We parked right outside the door. Electric outlets were conveniently located.
