Positive What a lovely place for a quick stay over in Skegness. Everything was very clean and modern. Nice and quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance from beach, restaurants and entertainment. Plenty of parking near the hotel. Very friendly staff.

Positive Perfect, my room was well appointed and spotless. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Comfiest bed ever!! Off road parking and within walking distance to the town centre. Can't fault this place, I'll definitely be back if I'm through this way on my travels.

Positive Location absolutely perfect for town center and that's what I wanted. The hotel and my room were spotless my room was a single one, the bed was comfortable there were tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer everything you need really. The owners were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Don't hesitate to book, I would certainly go back.
