Positive Great communication before our stay. The details that were sent prior to our visit were very impressive, outlining not only information about the property but also places to eat, taxi companies and bus routes etc. The room was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed for one night. It was very good value for money and we would definitely recommend it

Positive The location of the property is great with pubs, restaurants and a shop within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm with good amenities for making tea, coffee and light snacks ( microwave)

Positive Ten minutes by car from The Barbican area of Plymouth, with its many bars and restaurants. Set in an urban area, with a green opposite and close to a creek where small yachts moor. The pin number access to the property and rooms was simple to operate. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful (by phone) with advice on parking in Plymouth.
