Positive Convenient location in a nice village, just off the A1(M). Parking out front was easy to find . It's has been in business for centuries , so is not your standard hotel. Staff were all very pleasant , and efficient. We enjoyed the friendly and welcoming atmosphere ; our Fish and Chips , a nice breakfast... and good coffee. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Ove

Positive Very historic old (1492!) coaching inn in the middle of the pleasant village of Buckden. Next door to history-rich Buckden Tower. Pub area is quaint and it's nice to mingle with locals. Easy parking both in hotel lot and on street outside. Affordable rates. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.

Positive The staff were excellent and the room was clean and spacious. We’ve stayed previously and enjoyed the central location to the A1.
