Positive The location was ideal to visit family in Hook. The hotel was clean, very comfortable, the room had tea and coffee making facilities, bottles of water were also provided. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower rather than a bath, which we prefer. For anyone with mobility issues who would prefer a ground floor room then they do have these. However the

Positive Good location , extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable staff, Dinner was excellent with a great selection of food and drinks. Breakfast exceeded my expectations once again a good choice of food and beverages.
