Positive Perfect location right in front of the pier. Booked a room with a view of the pier, and enjoyed every moment of the view. Everything was easily within walking distance. Staff were very friendly, thank you for the awesome stay.

Positive Excellent location (cliff top walks, town 2 mins away, buses to Brighton (stop across street) and Hastings (stop around 10 min walk along seafront (L)), excellent friendly cleaning lady, for the price I paid I cannot complain at all.
