    Positive The hotel has a lot of character and is at a prime location. Despite how busy the location is, the room was quite and cozy. Joel from the check-in counter was superb, he checked us in very smoothly and helped carry our luggage since the hotel doesn't have an elevator. He also had great recommendations for us for fun things to do in London. Thank you Joel.

    Positive This location is perfect! The bar is so comfortable (odd to say) and the hosts are welcoming. The shower was fantastic and the room was gorgeous. Your key turns the room “on.”

    Positive A perfect location for a vacation! It's right in the middle of Soho and has everything you could want. The pub on the first floor is spacious and the breakfasts are delicious.
