Positive Staff were excellent, they accommodated our requirements while travelling with our baby girl (< 2 years old) and were always helpful throughout our stay. Location was excellent and there was enough green space outside to accommodate a very keen toddler.

Positive The hotel is in a very good location within walking distance of Windsor Castle but away from the crowds. The room was cute, had a comfy bed, and a nice, modern shower. Staff were very friendly.

Positive The hotel is located on the edge of the city with ample parking provided on site. It is an easy level walk to the city centre through a quiet residential area ending up conveniently at the West Gate end of the Highstreet. Staff are friendly with a well stocked bar and restaurant with excellent food.
