Positive Studio flat was great. We stayed upstairs in #2. Location was perfect for our needs, right outside Ryde Town Centre on a quiet road with ample onsite parking. Kitchenette had everything we needed.

Positive Flat 7 was very nice with some character retained from the old building but with modern facilities bringing it up to date. The location was great being close to the seafront and beach. Good wifi, nice view out of the window, generally quiet and comfortable.
