Positive Breakfast was good, Malcolm and Steve exceptional hosts. Lovely shared parts of the property and shared fridge. As a group of 3 we particularly liked our room with the separate annexe room off of the main room, which gave us a bit of extra privacy, without additional cost of booking another room.
