Positive There were 12 of us and we had a wonderful stay, the rooms were enormous and very clean. the kitchen was very well appointed. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. James and Jen were perfect hosts, they kept in touch, answered all our questions and came a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. The living rooms were big enough for us to entertain
