    Positive The room was a very good size , the heaters do work we often had to turn ours off from being too warm , the staff were on hand and very helpful with whatever we needed. The room was clean except the mirrors and windows , but all in all more then worth the money , we booked an extra night within five minutes of being in the room

    Positive Lovely staff, very helpful and welcoming. We arrived hours before check in and staff kept out bags safe and secure even though they didn't have to! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Just lovely people! Our room was very big, clean, well stocked and had a last flat screen t.v with easy to use remote! I usually can't get those things to work but watched home
