Positive location is A close proximity to Regent, Oxford and Mayfair. Staff was helpful. We accidentally booked for 2nd floor without knowing that there’s no lift in the building. Asked for assistance to bring the luggages and request was granted. Thanks Cristina.Appliances are all in good condition and well maintained unit.
