Positive Allowed 5 in a room. Had clear view of the water. Best towels so far on our Europe Trip! Close to many dining options in folkstone. Shower fixtures were great. It's an apartment in an old building so had its quarks but overall it met all of our needs.

Positive From arriving at the Westward I was impressed with the service - specifically by Shae, who welcomed us. A wonderful blend of detail and the need to get settled quickly led to us being in the room with dinner planned in less than 10 minutes. Packed breakfasts for early morning departures took addressed yet another challenge having arrived late that evening. P
