Positive As we arrived the lovely lady at reception was very smiley, polite & helpful, gave us clear instructions to check in our car registration, when breakfast was, & to our room. The bed was super comfortable & the room was clean. Very close to the town centre if you wanted to shop, we were going to the football ground which was just over a mile away, easy to wal

Positive The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a good size for us and the dog. The room was also quiet despite overlooking a large road junction. Good job there was a lift though as we were on the 4th floor even though we asked for a ground floor room (apparently the lower two floors are being refurbished). We would def stay here agai
