Positive The staff were always helpful and very accommodating. I'm very thankful for their help. The apartment is more than suitable for a solo traveler or a couple. The location is tucked away from the major mall/shopping center but I found that to be a benefit. Very convenient parking as well. Highly recommend.

Positive The apartment was really nice. It was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Check in was self check in and easy to use. The apartment building was very quiet during our stay. We were on the top floor. Bus link into the centre is a two minute walk away . The number 3 bus runs frequently.

Positive Free parking which was great. The checkin tablet was good and a very helpful touch. The bed was soo comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities and MORE. (Food seasoning, kitchen roll, coffee, biscuits etc.)
