    Positive We loved the location, easy street parking (garage was available but it was tight so we felt easier on the street). Kitchen and living space was nice and spacious. There was a walk in closet in the bedroom which we could put the pack and play in for our toddler to sleep in as a separate space.

    Positive Convenient and close to the beach and Balboa island. We were able to eat most meals in the apartment. The room was very clean and had the necessary kitchen ware to cook and eat with. Host was very helpful and fast to reply.

    Positive Short walk to beach and the restaurants were about one mile up the beach. We enjoyed the walking to and from dinner, so the distance was perfect.
