Positive Location was perfect for both Disney World and Universal Studios. Pool area was very nice. And there were plenty of Chase lounges which normally you don’t find that in resorts. Be sure to bring extra paper products, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags if you were going to be there more than three days

Positive Very convenient location. Easy check in and check out. Needed maintenance for a clogged toilet and someone was there immediately to address the situation. Problem solved within a couple of hours and did not affect our stay at all.
