Positive Good: Hard to find an overnight stay that is clean and comfortable. The front in check-in woman was lovely and kind. Very close to the train station, whole foods, five guys, and the Sharks arena with easy parking and a hot shower. Now, it's not fancy, at all in any sense of the word, so if you are looking for any type of frills-- this isn't the spot

Positive Would have rated 10 for the stay, but there was no bottled water offered in drink vending machine. Gentleman at the front desk politely advised to walk to the other motel, where I got 1 out of 2 bottles of water I paid for from their vending machine.
