    Positive When you enter the loft it has that smell of cleanliness. My family loves that. It's close to Hollywood Bv, Sunset Bv. walk of fame. Chinese Theater etc. Runyon Canyon is 5 minutes from the loft, good for some trail running and hiking. Loved it. On top good view on Hollywood hills. 10 min drive to Universal Studios.
