    Positive The house is great and everything was ready to use. Very clean and organized.

    Positive People might think area is not safe but It is so close to the subway which is like 5 minute walk and there were police officers roaming around so I did not feel I was not safe. Room was spacious and If you smoke, the porch is the perfect place to get some drinks and sit there smoke drink and talk with the person you came. There were coffee, tea in the kitche
