Positive Very cozy and the bedroom with thr futon was huge . Plenty of space.

Positive It was clean, comfortable beds, had ample parking for our mini van, lots of nearby food and shopping, great host. Loved the little outdoor sitting area. Never had any trouble backing out of the driveway on the slightly busy street. The host left snacks and the house felt very secure.
