    Positive It is located in a residential neighborhood and there is secure gating around the house. The casita is very clean and full of light. Everything is new. Wolf stayed well connected with us and was timely in bringing us the keys and gave us all the information we needed. All the appliances are new and there is a lot of open space with high ceilings.

    Positive I recommend it to everyone! Great owner, clean, cozy place. Newly renovated. Very comfortable! If I come to Los Angeles for work, I'll only rent there!
