Positive We really loved everything. It is walking distance to town, which is a HUGE plus, because parking is so expensive. The view was fabulous and the place is very comfortable, and with all the amenities needed. I've stayed at many places in Kona and I would definitely return. I would love to live there. I loved that I could here the waves at night.

Positive Location was good, walking distance to Kona downtown. Right at the coast with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and had even Tupperware for taking food on day trips. The complex has a nice, quiet pool and a hot tub that is well maintained

Positive Very beautiful apartment overlooking the beach from the balcony. The beach was very close to the apartment. The indoor laundry was amazing and worked properly.The bedroom had ac which worked properly. The kitchen is packed nicely (pots and pans only) not any spices. The ac worked perfectly in the living room.
