    Positive The breakfast was only average. But the staff I was impressed with! I had requested a possible ride in the evening and had decided against calling them to ask for the ride. However, they called me to ask if I still needed a ride and I was surprised at their willingness to help. Excellent service!

    Positive Great location - in good weather you can walk to downtown. The breakfast room was large, not crowded, with a nice view. The inroom coffee was better than average. We appreciated the availability of hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby

    Positive Good room size, always clean, beds & pillows are average comfort, great view, good location and good amenities (pool, breakfast). Our family usually tries to stay at the Coast Hilltop when we visit Pullman.
