Positive The room was clean and nicely appointed. The elevator was a nightmare in that it jerked violently from floor to floor causing fear among the passengers. When the front desk assured us that the elevator had been repaired we found that the jerking was even worse causing the residents to use the stairs for safety's sake. Breakfast was coffee and packaged rolls
