Positive Very comfortable. Good location for access to City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, PAFA and the Barnes. Get a room with a view of City Hall if you can, some other rooms seem to only look out on a brick wall or the central atrium. Go to the small coffee shop on the corner for breakfast. Seemed like a better deal to me than the hotel option.
