    Positive The villa had plenty of space for two (or more) and the back yard was huge, beautiful and perfect for breakfast or a late afternoon snack. There was even a pool (although too cold to use when we were there). I was surprised there was a laundry room for both units to share since I didn't remember it being mentioned in the description.     Positive Great location (quiet street 4 minutes walk from the beach), nicely configured and equipped, very clean and orderly. Really nice landscaping and cute convenient pool (contractors came regularly to keep it up). Office stuff was extremely friendly and helpful to us.
