Positive The staff were extremely nice and polite. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and as described. The only issue was a few girls getting into an altercation upstairs from our room who got a little loud and unruly, but the staff was quick to handle the situation, which I appreciated tremendously. Breakfast and coffee were provided and appreciated! Overall

Positive The office person was out cleaning the vent in a room when we arrived. No maintenance person? Walked into a very cold room on a very cold day. Other than that it was great. We will stay again. Would request handicap shower. Thought that's what I was getting but I managed. No problem.
