Positive Rental rate is a relative bargain compared to other hotels. Especially good is that property fronts the beach. The location makes it well worth foregoing luxuries of other motels such as modern fitness room, swimming pools, free breakfast.

Positive Room was very clean. We did pay extra for the upgraded ocean view room but we were still four buildings away from the actual beach. A bit misleading and not worth the extra. I also had booked thru booking.com did the online check in and supposedly everything was done except for pick up the key card and parking pass for the dash. We had just stayed here the t
