Positive Everything was clean from outside to inside the hotel and room. Staff was friendly and helpful

Positive I found a bug on my bed. I took a video of it showed it to front desk. They said that they were gonna go upstairs and do you a deep clean but when I went inside, it just look like somebody made made the bed and that was it. I was supposed to get a call regarding the situation. Did didn’t get one.
