Positive Fantastic location on quiet residential street, but just 4 minute walk to beach and about 6 minutes to the marina. This is a small building with about 5 units. It's been remodeled and the condo was comfortable and clean. We were in unit 1 on the ground floor. High quality bedding. Kitchen very well stocked. Netflix included. Beach chairs/toys provided.
