Positive Perfect location in Santa Monica. The neighborhood was quiet, and there were multiple restaurants, a Trader Joe's, and a Whole Foods within a few blocks. There's even an Erewhon within walking distance. The apartment was really spacious - much larger than I expected - and it was very clean. It also had 1.5 baths! The dedicated parking spot that was included
