Lots of little extras like coffee pods and creamers, all the kitchen necessities and even toiletries and a hair dryer available.     Positive Property is well-situated for visiting Providence, Brown, and RISD. Short walk to train station, bus stop to airport, and local universities. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything needed for my stay. The building was built in 1783, so you will hear some creaks and sounds from the apartment above, but it was not an issue. The owner was extreme
