Positive The location was good. My family was across the street at a different hotel which was full. this was at least close to them. The room was clean.

Positive The location was perfect for us visiting family in Tallahassee. Loved that we could walk to Meyer's Park and restaurants.

Positive It was run down looking and had some questionable characters staying there. However, for the most part, it was very clean, staff was very nice and it was in a good location so overall great for the price.
