Positive We made our own breakfast. It was good, thanks. The location was exactly what we expected. Very close to the beach. We could see where the tide was at from the kitchen/living room windows as well as upstairs. Very quiet neighbors. Private feeling to the whole rental. Close and walkable to restaurants and downtown Rockaway Beach shopping and library. Nice lit
